| c-KIT（也称为KIT、CD117）是一种由KIT原癌基因编码的III型受体酪氨酸激酶。它的配体是干细胞因子（SCF），两者结合后，c-KIT发生二聚化并激活其胞内激酶活性，从而磷酸化下游底物，调控细胞的增殖、分化、存活与迁移。该信号轴在造血、干细胞维持、配子发生、黑色素生成及肥大细胞发育等生理过程中至关重要。 | |
